Privacy and independence

This independent startup-validation activity is conducted for BagBalik™. It is not an academic research study and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by LinkedIn, Monash University, any grocery retailer, DuitNow or Touch ’n Go.

Your survey answers will be stored separately from your payment/contact details. Payment details will be used only to check eligibility, send an incentive and—only if you agree—contact you about a follow-up interview. Payment records will be deleted within 60 days after reconciliation; follow-up contact details within six months; de-identified survey data may be retained for up to 12 months for concept validation. We do not intentionally store your IP address. To notify the project owner, only your response code, submission time and notification status are sent through Google Apps Script to Gmail; your survey answers and mobile number are excluded from notification emails. You may request access, correction or deletion before de-identification by emailing vdcabiles2030@gmail.com with your response code.
